Nils Alstad started his career in supply chain within the Swedish Armed Forces as a Platoon Leader for the Staff and Logistics Platoon. He has worked at Cochlear for 11 years in a number of roles within manufacturing, logistics and service and repair. He has managed teams and departments in Sweden, Panama, Australia and now in the US. Nils is
currently the Director of Supply Chain at Cochlear Americas. This role encompasses purchasing, demand planning, order fulfillment, returns, device programming and delivery management, all with the ultimate goal of delivering the best customer service so Cochlear recipients can “Hear Now. And Always”.
