Nikolas Loehr joined Signature Capital as a Senior Asset Manager in 2011. He has previously worked in the German Real Estate market for over 10 years with particular experience in retail properties.
Nikolas is a qualified architect and project manager who began his career working as an architect in Washington DC and then returning to Germany he
worked with a number of retail property companies including Tenkhoff Properties, a specialist Shopping Centre developer, Comfort Retail Consultants and Kempers Estate Agents (now part of Jones Lang LaSalle).
Nikolas holds an Msc in Architecture as well as a MBA in management.
