Nikesh Seth, MD is a board-certified anesthesiologist and interventional pain management physician and the Founder and CEO of Global Pain Solutions, headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. He is known for building and leading scalable, patient-focused medical practices centered on minimally invasive and evidence-based pain management.
Dr. Seth
earned his Biomedical Engineering degree and completed his pre-medical studies at Johns Hopkins University, where he also conducted research at the National Institutes of Health. He completed his Anesthesiology residency at the University of Texas, training at the Texas Medical Center, and went on to complete a Pain Management fellowship at Northwestern University in Chicago.
Before founding Global Pain Solutions, Dr. Seth founded and served as CEO of Integrated Pain Consultants, growing the organization into a multi-state practice with more than 15 providers and over 10 clinical locations. The company was later successfully acquired by a private equity firm.
Dr. Seth specializes in spine-related conditions, neuropathy, sciatica, low back arthritis, and regenerative medicine, including PRP and stem cell therapies. His work has been recognized with multiple Phoenix Magazine Top Doctor awards, recognition from Scottsdale Magazine as a leader in medicine, and the distinction of “Leading Physician of the World.”
