Nigel has more than 25 years' experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. He is Executive Director and co-owner of Pencarrow Private Equity and is also currently on the boards of Bell Tea and Coffee Company and Rishworth Aviation. He has a BSc (Hons) First Class in Statistics, an MSc with Distinction in
Mathematics and a Diploma of Business Studies in Finance. He is a council member of the New Zealand Private Equity and Venture Capital Association.
