Nidal’s experience over the last 23 years (mostly in Canada) spans all aspects of Strategic Management, Enterprise and Human Resources Capacity Building, ICT Investment Policy & Strategy, Organizational Management, and Programme Portfolio Management (driving growth of targeted industries). He is a recognized expert in the IT-enabled Business
Process Outsourcing space, as well as Customer Experience Management in the context of the new social paradigm driven by online social networks. Nidal is also deeply involved in the Digital Content industry
Nidal has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Lancaster University, UK. He is also an alumnus of Schulich School of Business, Canada, in Advanced Management, Leadership, Communications, and Strategic Management.
Nidal held a number of executive positions, at organizations such as the Ministry of ICT, Jordan, where he was the Director of ICT Investments, and other leading campiness in Canada. At the Ministry, he successfully led the efforts to make the Offshore Contact Centre industry in Jordan a reality. He also laid the foundations, in partnership with the private sector, to expedite the growth of high impact industries (clustering potential and high regional demand) including IT-enabled BPO.
He joined Oasis 500 in 2013 where he is responsible for the coaching programme, building and managing relations with players in the local entrepreneurship ecosystem, and business development for impact
Nidal is an accomplished Executive Coach and Mentor. He is heavily involved in C-level engagements in the region that range from developing private/public sector IT strategies to optimizing sales management models
He has a flare for entrepreneurship, demonstrated through a number of successful business ventures in Canada and the region including his current digital content company, which he co-founded three years ago. He also serves on the advisory boards of leading regional and international companies.
