Millican joined Greycoat in September 2012, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise in commercial real estate. As CEO, he is responsible for the overall management and operations of Greycoat, overseeing the origination, structuring, and asset management of new commercial real estate projects. Under his leadership, Greycoat has consistently delivered superior risk-adjusted returns and solidified its position as a market leader in central London asset management and development.

Before joining Greycoat, Nick Millican spent six years at Rockpoint Group LLC, a renowned real estate private equity firm. During his tenure at Rockpoint, he held the position of Director and played a pivotal role in the UK investment and asset management program. Nick Millican led investments across various asset classes and strategies, deploying capital through different parts of the capital structure. His keen eye for identifying attractive investment opportunities and his ability to add value at the asset level contributed significantly to Rockpoint's success.

Prior to his tenure at Rockpoint, Nick Millican honed his skills in the financial sector as an Associate in the Investment Banking team at Citi. This experience provided him with a solid foundation in finance and further strengthened his understanding of the intricacies of the real estate market.

Nick Millican's educational background includes a degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford, where he completed his MChem degree in 2003. This scientific foundation, coupled with his financial acumen and deep knowledge of the real estate industry, has allowed him to bring a unique perspective to his role as a real estate executive.
