Nick is a qualified chartered surveyor with 20 years experience in the property industry, specialising in the planning, development and valuation of commercial and residential development opportunities.
He has worked in the industry in consultancy and client-side organisations having trained and worked with DTZ for 5 years before spells with a
regional house builders and also Commercial Estates Group.
With these skills Nick has over the years been involved in numerous projects with hands on experience throughout the whole process of identifying and acquiring strategic land and property via outright purchase or option arrangements through to the delivery and sale of both residential and commercial buildings.
