Nick Kael has over 24 years of technology industry experience, with 17 years in cybersecurity, and is knowledgeable in areas including web technologies, architecture, infrastructure, networking and development environments. At Ericom, Nick is responsible for technology partnerships, solutions management, and technology strategy.
Nick joined Ericom
from Symantec, where he was Group CTO for Global Service Providers. He was previously a Director at Zscaler in the Chief Architect Team for Channel and Service Providers. From 2009 to 2012, as a member of the Symantec CTO’s team, Nick advised the executive team. He earlier held leadership roles in network and security engineering for telecommunications providers including MCI, Qwest, Global Crossing and British Telecom.
Nick served as a US Marine Corps Squad Leader for eight years. He holds certifications in CISSP, CEHv7, CCSK, BCCPP & Bluecoat Blue Knight, MCSE + Security, CCDP, CCNA, CCSA, VTP5, and VTSP5.
