Since becoming an investor relations consultant in 2000, Nick has worked with TSX, TSX Venture and inter-listed businesses of varying sizes, spanning a number of sectors including oil and gas, technology, healthcare, industrial products, mining and consumer products. In addition to developing and implementing year round strategic communication
programs targeting professional investment audiences, retail investors and the financial media, he has worked on a number of special situation mandates including public offerings (initial, follow-on, and secondary), M&A, and proxy battles. Prior to starting in investor relations, Nick worked for TD Waterhouse. Nick is based in Equicom’s Calgary office.
