Nick has headed the Forensic Accounting team since September 2001 and worked as a forensic accountant since 1989. He has significant experience of reporting and acting as an expert witness in a wide variety of matters. In commercial actions this includes acting in loss of profit claims and partnership and shareholder disputes, including minority
prejudice claims under s994 Companies Act 2006. Nick’s share valuation experience also extends into his work in compulsory purchase order cases and matrimonial cases.
