Nick has worked with global software, data and services companies, both private and public, and since 2007 has been an advisor and board member to a small number of private equity backed businesses.
Nick was previously CEO of Witness Systems, a NASDAQ listed business, which he joined in 2003 through the acquisition of Eyretel plc. Here he was
CEO and led the company through its IPO process in 2000.
Prior to joining Eyretel in 1996, Nick spent seven years at Synon Europe, where he was president.
