Nick Bray joined Sophos as Chief Financial Officer in 2010. Nick worked in the technology sector for 17 years and has 12 years of experience as a plc board member. He has extensive international operational skills combined with significant experience of working with analysts, investors, brokers, bankers and advisors in both the US and UK. Nick
led teams that successfully acquired and integrated eight companies.
Before joining our team, Nick was Group CFO at Micro Focus International plc, where he spent over four years as a member of its senior management team. Previously, Nick held Group CFO roles at Fibernet Group plc and Gentia Software plc, as well as senior financial positions at Comshare Inc. and Lotus Software.
