Mr. Nicholas Preftakes is the Chairman, President and owner of Precor Equity Fund, Inc. in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and oversees his firm’s multi-state commercial real estate holdings, developments and acquisitions. In addition, he is an active private equity investor for his own account in proprietary technology and banking companies, serving on
the board of directors for many of these firms, including CareMedic Systems, Inc., Phasient Learning
Technologies, Inc., Sage Electrochromics, Inc. and RCB Bank of Nichols Hills.
Prior to forming Precor in 1990, Mr. Preftakes was President of a $450mm privately owned real estate investment firm. He also held senior real estate lending positions in commercial banking.
Mr. Preftakes has an MBA in Finance and a B.S. in Physics, both from the University of Iowa.
