Nicholas E. Feola, P.E., a shareholder and land development specialist, came to Bursich Associates in September 2000 as a project manager and has since earned a spot as a senior project manager. He has extensive experience in the management, design, evaluation, client representation, and public presentation of projects in various civil engineering
disciplines. Mr. Feola’s more than 24 years of experience include many residential, active adult, commercial, institutional, and industrial subdivision and land development projects, as well as project design reviews and capital improvement project design for municipal clients. Mr. Feola also specializes in subdivision and land development; ordinance review; site grading; road design; stormwater management facilities and systems; soil erosion and sediment control; utility design; coordination of permitting; client contact; and representation and testifying at municipal hearings and meetings.
