Mr Cola brings with him a wealth of knowledge of digital transformation, commercial and strategic experience including roles as COO for Fairfax Digital and CEO of the print and digital marketplace businesses. Over his career he has been involved in M&A worth over $450m including Nursing College for Open Colleges and RSVP, Stayz and Investsmart
for Fairfax Media.
Mr Cola is the Director of Satinay Partners, a consultancy for the travel, digital media and recruitment sectors. He is a Graduate of the Institute of Company Directors Course and a non-executive director of Choice, a leading consumer advocacy group in Australia, and Chairman of Picaluna, an innovative funeral services provider. He qualified as a CPA and started his career in Finance at Diageo and Fairfax.
