Newton Ross serves as the Keais Records Retrieval Chief Executive Officer.
He was recruited in 2008 to join the leadership in redesigning the long-term strategy and improving operational efficiencies. Under his operational oversight, he helped transform Keais from a leading regional records company, to a nationwide records retrieval organization
recognized for efficiency, customer care, and innovation.
Newton is responsible for enabling operational excellence across the company and building capabilities for Keais’ future growth. As the leader of thedocument preparation, retrieval center, production services and information technology teams, Newton helps to enable Keais’ vision, strategy, and innovation by managing prioritization, decision ownership, effective resource alignment, measurement, and accountability across the company.
Prior to joining Keais, Mr. Ross spent eight years with Silver Eagle Distributors in the company’s management training program. While at Silver Eagle, Newton’s skills were deployed in all aspects of the company including national sales, marketing and operational management.
Newton was born and raised in Houston, TX. He earned his undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University in 2000.
