Mr. Nels Tyring , CEO, is TVC's founder began his active involvement in the fields of automation, instrumentation, and control in 1954. Mr. Tyring has twice served in the position of Vice President on the Exectutive Board of ISA, The Instrumentation, Systems, and Automation Society. He is currently a Director Emeritus of the Publications
Department of ISA, and served on the SP95 Industrial Software Standards Committee.
Mr. Tyring is a past member of the governing board Executive Council of the Control and Information System Integrators Association, Inc. (CSIA); was a founder and a past Chairman of the Executive Board of The Automation Alliance Group, LLC (AAG); is Senior Member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers; is active in the International District Heating and Cooling Association; is a founding member of the Industrial Computing Society, a past member of this Society's Executive Board, and was elected to the honored position of Fellow in that Society; and serves on the Faculty Advisory Committee of the New Hampshire Technical Institute. Mr. Tyring has published and delivered papers and tutorials as well as participating in many panel discussions in respected international technical conferences and journals on the subjects of control systems integration, industrial software and the future of the industry.
