Nell Blatherwick is responsible for coordination of RCP’s legal affairs and serves as the Firm’s Chief Compliance Officer. She liaises with RCP’s attorneys on various matters, including fund formation and regulatory and compliance requirements, and oversees the Firm’s day-to-day compliance program. Nell has been with the Firm since inception. She
received a BA, magna cum laude, in English and French from the University of Southern California where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She also received a JD from Yale Law School. Nell is a member of the National Society of Compliance Professionals.
