Neil Castaldi is the Manager of the Nottoway Plantation, the largest existing plantation in the South. Nottoway Plantation, partially under Neil Castaldi’s leadership, is now one of the leading resort attractions in the area between New Orleans and Baton Rouge. Castaldi’s experience in the hospitality industry made him an obvious choice to help run
the plantation, and to govern the $35 million in renovations the company poured into the grounds, to make them even more appealing for guests from all over the world.
