He served as Executive Vice President of Business Development and a Board Member for Albeo Technologies Inc., acquired by General Electric in 2012. Prior to that, He was Vice
President of Advanced Development and Transceiver Development of Picolight Incorporated throughout the turnaround and acquisition of Picolight by JDSU in 2007. Earlier in his career, as Director of Development for Infineon Fiber Optics, he assembled and led Infineon’s Fiber Channel, Ethernet and Access transceiver development teams. He has over 23 years of experience in growth companies, including multiple equity financings in the lighting and fiber optics industries. He has 4 patents in lighting and electro-optic devices. Neil holds a BA and an MS from Dartmouth College.
