Neha serves as Chief Executive Officer of True Office Learning, a leading enterprise education and analytics software company that connects e-learning to advanced behavioral data through an adaptive technology platform. Currently specializing in Governance, Risk and Compliance, the company’s solutions are used by over 250 institutions globally to
manage risk, analyze performance and drive better business outcomes. As CEO, Neha is responsible for True Office Learning’s product and technology vision, strategy and growth.
Prior to her current role, Neha served as Head of Strategic Initiatives & Learning Solutions at NYSE Governance Services, leading all product strategy and development initiatives for the business. Neha has also held key roles within Citigroup, Targum Publishing, Allstate, IEEE and more, leading a number of strategic change management efforts involving critical, multi-million dollar initiatives across industries.
Passionate about driving results and building strong businesses, Neha has been a key member of founding leadership teams that have grown organizations to successful acquisitions. An engineer by background and a strategy execution addict, she holds an MBA in Management and Business Strategy from Rutgers Business School.
