Ned practiced corporate law with Paul, Hastings, Janofsky and Walker LLP, LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP (n/k/a Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP), and Finn, Dixon &
Herling LLP. He represented private equity funds, strategic investors, venture capital funds and startup companies in a broad range of mergers, acquisitions, financings and general corporate and commercial matters.
Ned has extensive experience both conducting due diligence and managing the due diligence process in deals ranging from $1 million to over $1 billion which led him to co-found eBrevia. Previously, Ned was the founder and CEO of Audible Auto, a startup company developing infotainment technology at the intersection of smartphones and vehicles. Audible Auto was selected as a semi-finalist in the 2011 Global Vehicle Innovation Competition and as a Best-in-Class finalist at the 2010 AutoVenture Forum. Prior to practicing corporate law, Ned worked in a sales and business development role at Survey Sampling, Inc., a privately-held company servicing the market research industry.
Ned holds a law degree from Harvard Law School, a Master in Public Administration from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor of Science from Boston College.
