Ned has more than 30 years of development and leadership experience within Southwest Florida. He joined Oakbrook Properties in 2006 after a distinguished career as a Principal/Senior Vice President of a leading Southwest Florida engineering firm. After graduating in 1980 from the University of Miami, FL with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, Ned
joined the engineering firm of Hole Montes Inc. where he played a major role in its expansion to a regional firm servicing both private and public clients over Southwest Florida. As Senior Vice President of Florida Operations for Oakbrook Properties, Ned has overseen the acquisition, planning, permitting, construction, land management, and disposition of numerous properties and projects. Among them include the award-winning Coconut Point mixed use Town Center, Valencia at Spanish Wells, Bonita Isles, and Pebble Point at The Brooks. In addition, Ned serves on the Estero Community Planning Panel along with many property association boards.
