Nathan started his career working within technology recruitment and over the past 8 years has been focused on placing Data specialists across the UK, US and EU.
In 2019 he launched his first business - Sourcific Talent ltd which is an innovative Tech recruitment agency that focuses on placing permanent staff ensuring retention and the utmost value
to its clients
In 2020 right at the heart of the pandemic, Nathan launched a new business. Sourcific consulting. He had the ambition to take his network and knowledge and build a consultancy purely focused on Data and with a value-first approach.
Over the past year, Nathan has built a team of Subject Matter Experts across various industries to understand the challenges that are current and collaboratively has built a number of unique solutions that will solve those problems.
The key element that Natha will always understand is that he alone is not Sourcific Talent or Consulting. It is the team around us that make the business what it is and we continue to expand our teams with the most talented individuals to support our clients both from a data and opperational point of view.
