Natalie A. Corella is the former Executive Vice President of Contracts and Compliance for SCRA. She has over twenty years experience in contract management, procurement and administration. As the executive that leads the Corporate Contracts and Procurement department, she is responsible for negotiating and overseeing all SCRA/ATI prime
contracts, which total over 1.5 billion dollars. Many of these contracts are complex, involving various government agencies, industries, and universities. Several of the programs are Other Transactions that deal with sophisticated federal regulations and cost sharing arrangements. Ms. Corella is responsible for the oversight of all of the aspects of the prime contract, including the development and preparation of cost proposals and the subcontract and procurement function corporate wide.
