Narayanan Nair is Ness Digital Engineering’s Chief People Officer, leading the organization’s Global Recruitment and Human Resources functions. Narayanan works closely with internal stakeholders and respected industry organizations to build on their talented, global base of engineers, whose experience exceeds the industry average. He believes that

Narayanan has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources within organizations ranging from Fortune 100 multinationals to IT product start-ups. Prior to joining Ness, he led HR for large-scale operations at Mphasis and held senior leadership roles including Head of Global Recruitment and International HR. He has also served in leadership roles at GlaxoSmithKline, GE-GXS, and CA (Computer Associates).
