Nancy Munro, former CEO of KnowledgeShift and currently Founder and CEO of Verbal Transactions, has over 25 years in helping organizations implement and deploy learning strategies. Nancy has worked with organizations like CVS, AT&T, and HP helping them decipher how best to address performance challenges that align with their structural
capabilities and revenue goals. Nancy pioneered voice-enabled technologies in the corporate training space and was the first to launch an interactive role-playing simulator designed to measure what is being said and how it is being said. Using a creative approach with cloud-based IVR’s she invented the first podcasting platform that could measure how much content the listener consumed. At Verbal Transactions, she spends her time with deploying their immersive call center simulator ACES which utilized speech recognition and text to speech technology. Nancy speaks at various conferences such as the eLearning Guild, ASTD, and AA-ISP and was the Chair of the MIT Enterprise Forum of Chicago for three years. Nancy has a Bachelor’s Degree from Northwest Missouri State University and has completed the Tuck Bridge Executive Education program at Dartmouth.
