First and foremost, Nancy takes care of people. Everything she does as Atrion’s Chief People Officer is focused on making the people who work here feel good about it, and bringing out the best in them. She’s responsible for adding structure to, and maturing the HR policies and programs at Atrion in addition to compensation, tools, and benefits.
Nancy advocates the notion that we need to be competitive with other large organizations in these areas and implement them in order to make Atrion one of the “Best Places To Work” in reality, and not just by title. As evidenced by Atrion being named a "Best Place To Work" by PBN seven consecutive years, she’s doing a pretty good job.
When Nancy isn’t taking care of Atrion, she enjoys spending time working in her large fruit, vegetable, and herb garden. She says she loves to bring people together with homegrown produce by cooking a big dinner once a week for her family and friends – it’s yet another way that Nancy takes care of people.
