Having joined us in 2001, Nancy, a chartered accountant, has seen FMAV through significant organic growth. She drives process optimization in business administration and our supporting systems, along with overseeing
the financial integration of our acquired companies.
Not only does Nancy demonstrate tireless dedication to ensuring that everything ‘behind the scenes’ is working flawlessly, but she is also responsible for financial analysis and reporting for our board of directors and senior team members, which provides our business with insight that drives both strategy and day-to-day tactical solutions.
