In his previous experience as vice president of a large healthcare oriented architectural firm, Mr. Kaim realized the need for specialized, personal architectural services in the local healthcare marketplace. Stepping out with this vision, he moved from leading a partnership to opening Kaim Associates, Inc. in 1995.

healthcare projects over the last 25 years has afforded Mr. Kaim a unique perspective of planning, design and construction of a multitude of construction projects, and led to expansion across the Texas region. These projects range in scope from new construction–including hospitals and clinics–to minor and major renovations in existing facilities–including acute care and specialty departments. Working in a studio environment, Mr. Kaim, along with his knowledgeable staff, offers each client personal, professional service from initial design to final occupancy.
