Moritz started with composite manufacturing already in his early days building composites within Multiplex for the maritime industry and enhancing his skillset within Airbus’s Composite Technology Center, where he worked closely with the CEO and senior leadership to scale advanced automation and industrialize novel composite production lines across
the company.
His expertise spans process industrialization, composite innovation, automation, and serial production. At Airbus, Moritz played a key role in translating cutting-edge R&D into operational systems, helping bridge the gap between material science, factory design, and production efficiency.
At Holy Technologies, he brings this deep technical and strategic experience into the core of the company’s vision, building an autonomous manufacturing system that delivers cost-efficient high-performance components at industrial scale, with speed, and closed-loop recyclability.
