Morgan joined S.B. Cox Inc. in 1993, and co-founded S.B. Cox Ready-Mix Inc. in 1996. Morgan is very active in the Ready Mix Concrete industry and has served as past President of the Virginia Ready Mix Concrete Association, Executive Board Member of the National Ready Mix Concrete Association, ACI of Virginia Board member, member of AGC and member
of Richmond Home Builders Association.
Morgan graduated from Benedictine High School in Richmond and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Virginia Commonwealth University.
