Mona Andrews, Esq, a serial entrepreneur, is the founder and CEO of Stay in the Game, a company changing the lives of women by offering purposeful, flexible, remote work. She is also the founder of Executive Financial Enterprises, Inc. an international business process outsourcer for over 20 years. Ms. Andrews is an expert on gender equality,
remote work, the leaky pipeline, and the motherhood tax. Her mission is to provide remote work, upskilling, and community to thousands of women with the goal of keeping women in the workforce during the caregiving years. Inc Magazine named Ms. Andrews Top 200 Female Founders in the US. The Los Angeles Times awarded her the top honor as CEO Small Company. Stay in the Game was named Start-up of the Year and Best New Business to Business Service of the Year as well as Small Business Expo’s Best of Small Business Award and Women Helping Women & Achievement in Promoting Work-Life Balance. She is a member of the Forbes Business Council, CEO Trojan Network, and Dell Women’s Entrepreneurial Network. Ms. Andrews graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Southern California. She also received honors as a lifelong member of the Law Honor Society and was President of Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society. Additionally, she received membership in the Golden Key Honor Society. Ms. Andrews is admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of the State of California. Prior to founding Executive Financial Enterprises, Inc. Ms. Andrews worked in Rome, Italy for the Alcide de Gasperi Foundation for Peace and International Cooperation. Ms. Andrews has also worked and studied in England and Germany. She has accompanied journalists, lawyers and aid workers to the Middle East on a humanitarian mission.
