Molly drives value creation in Cambia’s Direct Health Solutions portfolio of companies by creating and building partnerships with health plans, employers, consumers and other key stakeholders. Based in Cambia’s Seattle office, Molly is a resident of the Cambia Grove, a place where innovators and entrepreneurs can work closely with local and
national stakeholders to find solutions to pressing health care challenges.
Molly joined Cambia’s Direct Health Solutions team in 2013, bringing with her 17 years of experience in the health care field. Having worked for several large health insurers in provider relationship and contracting roles, she has a dynamic skillset that allows her to adapt quickly to the ever-changing health care industry. Previously, Molly worked for Regence BlueShield where she negotiated and implemented provider contracts.
Molly earned her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Washington Foster School of Business, and earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University. Molly is a member of the American Academy of Professional Coders and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. She is also a certified professional coder (CPC) and has her Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR).
