Moira has lived in Asia Pacific for over 15 years. She was global head of human resources at Noble Group, and earlier from 2000-2013 she held multiple executive HR roles at Citibank Europe and Asia. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in human resources from the University of Westminster, and an M.A., in education and development from the University of
Sheffield.
