Dr. Noshad received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia in 2013, and was a postdoctoral researcher at Harvard University until June 2016. Dr. Noshad has received the “Best Paper Award” at the IEEE Global Communications Conference (Globecom) in 2013. He was also the recipient of the “Louis T. Rader Graduate Research
Award” from Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, University of Virginia, the “Charles L. Brown Fellowship for Excellence”, “TRANE Graduate Fellowship” and “University of Virginia Engineering Foundation Fellowship”.
