Mitchell Worsoff is a criminal defence lawyer based in Ontario with more than 25 years of legal experience. Born in Montreal, Quebec, he studied at McGill University and Osgoode Hall Law School before being called to the Bar in 1997. Early in his career, he spent a decade as a provincial prosecutor in Toronto, gaining extensive courtroom experience
that continues to inform his defence practice today. Since moving into criminal defence, he has represented clients across Ontario in a wide range of criminal matters at all levels of court. His practice is known for strong advocacy, careful preparation, and a deep understanding of how cases are built on both sides of the justice system. Outside of law, he has interests in boxing, film, and student mentorship.
