governments of Mogadishu, Somalia and Kabul, Afghanistan (2007-2014); the invention of dynamic UAV geofencing in 2014, in use by NASA for the year 2035; and creation the first reliable GIS data of the worlds largest refugee camp complex, Dadaab Kenya (2007).
