Mitchell co-founded University Football Rentals in 2006 while attaining his M.B.A. at Notre Dame. Mitchell received a B.B.A. cum laude in Finance in 2001 and an M.B.A. magna cum laude in 2008 from the Mendoza College of Business at Notre Dame.
Mitchell joined Holladay Properties out of the Portage/Chicago office as a project and development
manager in 2007. His primary responsibilities include executing new project development, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Before joining Holladay, Mitchell worked in various business and strategic planning roles for IBM and Orbitz. He is currently involved in medical and multifamily real estate development and acquisition.
As a partner in University Football Rentals, Mitchell is responsible for leasing, property renovations, accounting, and financial statement preparation, property management functions, and executing general business operations.
Mitchell is also a Founder at Rent Like a Champion and was a Financial Analyst at IBM. He attended the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business and the University of Notre Dame.
