Mitch was appointed Director of Operations for Zenith Payments in August 2017.
Prior to joining Zenith, Mitch held management positions in the Health and Fitness industry, working in sales, operations and customer service. Mitch is responsible for integrating change, with a clear focus on continuous improvement, to systems, business structures and
customer/supplier relationships. Mitch began his Zenith journey leading the customer service and operations team in the Prepaid Cards team and now oversees the service and operations of all Zenith Payments’ business units.
