Extra Tiny Homes came about, thanks to a trip that Mirko Manfredi and his wife Mia, took to the mainland when they were looking to build a home. One company in particular were working on a project that created campgrounds out of empty cargo shipping containers. Mirko thought, ‘Wouldn’t a “shell” for building a home be a great and easy concept for those looking to build’. He knew that it would be hard to tackle will full-sized single-family homes, but once the ADU laws passed, he saw his window and went for it! Extra Tiny Homes provides homeowners with a “kit” composed of all the supplies necessary to build a small structure on their property. These small fixtures are often referred to as ADUs, granny flats, and in-law suites. Mirko Manfredi wanted to provide his community with an easy and efficient way to earn a passive income. Since March, the Manfredi’s have seen bountiful success and have even had to stop promotional events, as they are busy helping people earn more income for their family and future
