Dr Xia Mingyuan graduated from McGill University in Canada and is an IBM PhD. Fellow. He mainly researches mobile program analysis and optimisation as well as big data storage system optimisation. During his doctorate days, his achievements in mobile app data flow privacy analysis and terabyte storage system optimisation research was published at
the international top academic conference, and he obtained a US patent authorisation. Dr Xia is currently in charge of the AppetizerIO team, providing tools and methods such as app automation testing, error analysis, performance analysis, security analysis etc. The AppetizerIO team works in close collaboration with 985 tertiary institutes, open source communities and technological organisations in China, sharing its experience and methods with industries in the mobile quality assurance aspect.
