Jiang is a Founding Partner of YuanMing Capital, and 20 years of industry practice and management experience. Dr. Jiang also serves as Chairman of Board and founder in Timing Group. In addition, he was the deputy of the tenth, eleventh and twelfth session of National People’s Congress, served as the deputy director of The Central Finance Commission
of China Democratic National Construction Association, and was a member of the ninth and tenth session of the All-China Youth Federation Standing Committee. Apart from his national level experiences, Mr. Jiang is also an active participant in managing reforms in his home of Henan province and also in the entrepreneur scene. He has once held the title of Executive Director of the China Entrepreneur Association, these activities he is also fairly active within the entrepreneur and the Chairman of Henan Chamber of Commerce in Beijing, Executive Director of SongShanHui, and the Chairman of Henan Committee of 500. Mr. Jiang has received awards for “Excellent Builders of the Socialist Cause with Chinese Characteristics”, “Excellent Individual for Building the Chinese All Around Better-off Society”, the “Global Outstanding Young Entrepreneur Award”, and the “Top ten people in Henan”.
Dr. Jiang has led the investment efforts of almost 50 investment enterprises; his investments include investments in Angel Plus, Wudaokou Innovation Fund, Wanda Commercial Properties International, and numerous other projects. Dr. Jiang has all rounded experience, unique achievements, a high sense of social responsibility, and hold a reputation as a sharp investor within the investment industry.
Dr. Jiang received his PHD in law at China University of Political Science and Law, and also holds a EMBA from China Europe International Business School, and an EMB from Tsinghua University’s PBC School of Finance.
