Mikhail Noskov was born in 1963. He graduated from the Moscow Finance Institute.
He worked at the International Moscow Bank between 1989 and 1993.
In 1994 he headed the Trade Finance Department and then took up the post of Director for Trade Operations Finance at Credit Swiss. In February 1997 Mikhail Noskov worked in Severstal as the head of
Corporate Finance Department and in 1998 he was appointed as Finance and Economics Director.
In June 2002 he took up the post of Severstal Group Vice President for Finance and Economics. In 2007 and 2008 Mikhail Noskov was Severstal Vice President for Finance and Economics. In 2008 he was appointed as CJSC Severgrupp Deputy CEO for Finance and Economics.
