Mike Warmka As Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of HomeServices of America, Inc., Mike Warmka is responsible for the company's accounting systems and records, operational analysis, and overseeing the financial activities of its affiliates.
Prior to joining HomeServices in 2004, Warmka was the technical accounting manager
for GE Capital where he participated in acquisitions and business development. He previously served as vice president and controller for Taylor Investments, a real estate development company. He also worked for seven years as an audit manager for Deloitte and Touche in Minneapolis.
Originally from Wells, Minnesota, Warmka holds a BSBA in accounting from Creighton University.
