He was the founder and original developer of FRx Software, which has become the financial reporting mainstay for most mid-sized corporations in the
US. FRx was purchased by the Microsoft Business Solutions Division in 2000 and continues as a successful company.
Mike went from his career beginnings as a CPA to become a manager for the Price Waterhouse & Co. consulting group in San Francisco where he assisted corporations with understanding and implementing automated financial and accounting systems.
