Since 1989, Mike has represented clients in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of industrial and commercial properties as a Vice President and Co-Owner of Systems Real Estate Management, Inc. Mike has received awards for transaction volume and magnitude both locally and nationally. Mike was named the number three Sales Associate in the State
of California for commercial gross commission revenue by the firm's former affiliate, Prudential Real Estate, in 1995. Mike has been a top producer each year, with over $1 billion in total transactions. Mike worked in real estate construction prior to starting his career in real estate brokerage. Carpentry rough/finish and electrical rough/finish were among Mike's responsibilities. Over 2,500 apartment units, 500 condominium units, and various industrial/commercial buildings have been built by the Maniscalchi family over three generations in the cities of Glendale, Burbank, and Los Angeles. Mike is involved in a number of community and charitable activities. During his term on the Board of Zoning Adjustments for the City of Glendale, he has also been on regional cable television in Glendale and Burbank. Mike has spoken at various real estate development and brokerage conventions and has also taught real estate courses. Mike Maniscalchi attended Glendale Community College.
