Mr. Janko’s official capacity is trustee of the trust which holds all Bel Vino, LLC membership shares and property. In that legal capacity Mr. Janko represents all ownership interests and has sole control of the entire winery and real property.
Mr. Janko is also Chief Investment Officer, Member of the Board of Directors and an owner of American
Estate & Trust, LC (AET). AET is a Nevada licensed trust company which operates as a limited bank under Nevada banking laws and under the supervision of the Nevada banking regulatory authorities (FID).
AET is also regulated extensively by the Internal Revenue Code, U.S. Treasury Regulations and U.S. Department of Labor Regulations with regard to retirement accounts held by AET. AET has approximately $700 million of client assets under management and/or custody. Mr. Janko, representing both client funds held at AET and family funds, invests extensively in fixed income assets, real estate and private equity opportunities.
