Mike Heather has served as CFO for Prime Healthcare for three years. Mr. Heather previously served as CFO of Prospect Medical Holdings, where he led the company’s IPO in 2005 and oversaw all Finance Department functions, including internal and external financial reporting, regulatory reporting, debt compliance and reporting, investor relations,
banking, treasury, and more. Prior to Prospect Medical Holdings, Mr. Heather served as CFO and then CEO of WEBVISION, INC. (now Demand Media), a developer/operator of internet data centers, internet domain names and eCommerce. Earlier in his career, he served as a healthcare practice leader and quickly rose through the ranks to partner at Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Mr. Heather earned his Bachelor of Commerce from Rhodes University. He served on the board and is active with C.A.S.A., a non-profit organization that helps abandoned and neglected children. Mr. Heather obtained his CPA certification both in California and internationally.
