Mike Browder served as Executive Vice President and CFO for RegionalCare since 2011. Mike also led Essent Healthcare as CEO for four years.
Mike previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for TMC HealthCare, Tucson Arizona, for two years where he was responsible for the financial aspects of all TMC HealthCare
companies, including the Tucson Medical Center.
From 1993 to 1999, Mike served as Vice President of Operations Finance for Health Management Associates, Inc. Mike began his career in the Atlanta office of Ernst & Young where he audited and consulted with a broad array of healthcare-related companies.
Mike currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Federation of American Hospitals. Mike is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, Financial Executives Institute and an advanced member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
Mike earned a B.B.A in accounting from the University of Georgia’s J.M. Tull School of Accounting.
